Crab Trap - the movie

Crab Trap is a feature-length independent film. Most probably we will be shooting on digital video. Shooting will start in mid-July and run through the end of August.

We are currently looking for the following crew people:

DP (Director of Photography)
Looking for a DP who is passionate, energetic and willing to commit to the project. Camerman/Lighting tech. If you have your own equipment - that's a bonus. If not, we'll provide.

AD (Assistant Director)
Looking for an Assistant Director who is good with scheduling, organizing and being able to help the director in all ways possible on location. Also good with rentals and paperwork. Making sure everything we need for the shoot is there when we need it.

Sound Tech
Looking for an person to handle the sound while shooting. Handling the boom mics, setting up lavaliers, etc.

P.A.'s (production assistants)
Looking for a few dedicated production assistants who will help in various ways with the production, including, but not limited to - getting coffee, hauling equipment, being on script and getting coffee.

ALSO, we are currently looking for the following CAST:

Capt. Pete
(principal character) Capt. Pete is roughly in his 70's. An old, tough, weather-beaten sea-dog.

Xavier
(principal character) Xavier is Capt. Pete's son (40's - 50's). Very large, menacing character. Muscle-bound and/or heavyset and tall. Bad guy. Pirate type.
